Is this normal for a seedling ?

I have this under a 125 CFL about 5 inches or so for height... Just been giving it PH water of 5.6

Looks healthy. Heard it could he a humidity thing... Have a low rh?

Updated pic put a proper community dome and put a heating mat under tray. Hopefully this plant won't die we shall see... Is the light to high above the seedlings?

Baby plants need to be kept moist, not wet, and that’s it. Overthinking not required.

I personally don’t like rockwool, but when I was using it, I just kept em in a dome with heating mat, set temp to 80f, poured a little water in there at about 75ish%rh and didnt have any issues. Used a 600w led ( like 140ish from the wall ) at about 28” or so
