Is this normal or some kinda of deficiency?

I don't think it's normal for a plant to be in a state of deficiency and this seems like a big outdoor plant that basically seems to have 6-8 weeks of growing left - that is not going to happen without nitrogen.

time to feed some balanced NPK until the all vertical growth stopped, THEN ease on N.

He in week 3 of flower bro, plants don’t bud for 11 weeks ,the stretch it over, feeding N now would cause airy weak buds. All you can do now is ride it out and learn next time

The only time I cut back on N is when I give half strength nutes during chop week. My buds are plenty dense.

Looks like you have plenty of room in your pot... If it were me, I'd add a nice top dressing of your preferred soil next time you go to water.
If yellowing from the bottom up continues, a shot of Alaska Fish Fertilizer should help her out.

That is perfectly normal,, those big fan leaves at the bottom starting to go yellow have done their job, just remove them, the plant is still trying to support them, if you remove them the goodness can go elsewhere
I did a couple weeks back however it seems to erode everytime I water and all the perlite gets exposed which then makes the soil compact as hell, I got 30% perlite in my pots and its still hard to get your finger through, plants are doing good tho so idk.

Well I got bloom nutrients going, last week I fed nitro rich bat guano (week 2 of flower) to perhaps stop the yellowing and then someone told me I was overfeeding lol and the yellowing has continued in certain random leaves, I do pull out the ones tht are dry and crumbly (usually tiny ones at the bottom of the plant)

If the larger fan leaves at the bottom of the plant are starting to yellow then turn brown they have done the job, no matter what fertilizer you apply or when or how will stop it, it is nature,,

It really won't make a huge difference to the overall outcome if you leave them there or choose to get rid of them,, but mucking around with fertilisers may do more harm

From week 6 to harvest I use Jacks 321 at 1000 PPM. First 3 weeks of preflower I add some MKP, then back to normal feed routine which is feeding when I water every 3rd day. No issues and hard buds every year.
