Is This Normal?

my friend has 3 plants veged for 30 days and they been on 12/12 for 24 days they showed sex like 1st week of 12/12 .His nicest tallest plant they were all lowstressed trained but this one is the talesst and it is the most indica looking.It just stoped stretching and growing a couple days ago.the top main cola is at the same height the lights the lights are kinda surrounding beside it and their is a fort of aluminum foil over the lights so im pretty sure the top is getting plently of light but the top main shoot of this plant has the least pistils and bud developement is this normal it has buds all over in lower areas that are more developed then the main top but the top main cola isnt as mature and dosent have many pistils yet is this normal will the top cola start to grow and bud soon?Just asking if this is normal because every other plant i seen always has the most developement at the top threwout the grow

As long as you're giving them nutrients and it's a decent strain, those buds will get fat. You're only 3 weeks into flower... I just had a strain flower for 10 weeks, and went back under the lights for more after I harvested the mature buds (about 1/2 of each plant).

Sounds like you're doing fine, from the information you gave.

some ppl remove them to encourage top cola growth but id leave em
like they said theyl grow just give it time
