Is This Normal??

i have 50 plants growing in veg stage and they are about three weeks from clone. 10 of the plant seemed to be runts and way behind the rest. in the pas week the runts have grown alot and surpassed the size of the other 40 plants.

The others were just stunted which is normal especially with clones and then whn they adapted they kicked in high gear. Its a good thing.
I often find most of the plants that I stress either purposely or accidentally not only survive but do a LOT better than the ones that have a normal growth.
