Is this normal?

Just playing with my new microscope and found this. It was taken from the very bottom of the plant, but should I be concerned at all? Going on week 12.

If its on this one, no doubt its on all the rest. Never noticed anything unusual. Looks like a popped seed?

Hey bro! Is it possible that she could of gotten pollinated? Or maybe your she is a he!?
