Sorry if this is too long, I just wanted to make sure I put down all possible variables so you know what our situation is and we don't have to go back and forth with questions. Please be patient!
Quick backround; We're at about week 3-4 from seed (mixed unknown bag seeds). 18/6 CFL, started with two 85w 6500k, one each box, hanging vertically about a foot or more above each box. While changing out the water, one fell and shattered. Instead of buying a replacement, we decided to build a frame with 4 27w daylight, 2 13w softwhite. Liked the look so we made a second one a few days later. We change the water every week, run a 100g aquarium pump split to two 1 ft. bubble sticks per box. We might have hard water, no ppm meter.
Here's our problem. Around two weeks old, 1/4 nutes (Ionic grow) were added and the babies were doing very well. One week later when we broke the CFL while changing out the water, we may have made a big noob mistake. We thought they were looking strong enough to handle full nutes. No more than two days later they started coming up with brown spots on 3 plants in the tub on the right, but the left tub seemed fine. Noticed the temp at 80, even 90 for a while. This is when the problems started surfacing. We took out two of the seven gallons of water out of the right tub and replaced with clean water to dilute the nutes. Left tub seemed fine so we left 'em at full nutes. It's 3 days later and they don't look better, maybe even a little worse. One plant in the left tub got a brown spot now. Heat was taken care of, raised the lights, added another fan, left the closet open and cracked a window. Turned off the 85w to control heat too. Left box is at 75 F, right box is at 72 F. So to digress, is this nute burn or something else?
First pic is our setup, 2nd is the only plant from the left box with a spot, 3rd and 4th are two plants from the right box with the most damage.
Thanks in advance for any helpful responces!!
