Is this nutrient burn?

Nute burn will show in new growth. Deficiency will normally creep up from lower in the plant. I don't think your over feeding it . Did u recently repot the plant? Damage to thee roots?

I put them in fabric pots less then a week ago but I don’t think I did any damage to the roots but I did top them earlier today and when I turned off the lights they were fine and when I turned them back on I seen that maybe I didn’t notice it but could me tipping it have done something

Do nothing ... but water when needed.
It’s trying to acclimate itself to your medium choice. Think of it like getting into a hot tub , first a little shock , then it’s chill time.

Happy frog I think it’s called tbh I forgot the name but you know what I’m talking about but befor I had the happy frog they were in miracle gro potting soil in there cups

Some strains get minor burn from bagged soil. ... ph of most Fox Farm soils are 6.3 ... but bump 6.5 - 6.7 to allow drift.
As long as stalk and stems are green you are fine. It becomes an issue when leaf is showing large problems. That soil can feed that plant for weeks. Later , you can grab a bag of ocean forest , top dress and water in instead of using bottled Nutes.
That soil can also be used to make a “ tea “ for soil drench too ( bubbled in cheesecloth bag )

Since it's only the very bottom leaf, I would guess it was touching the soil at some point. The plant looks really good otherwise.
Maybe a little nutrient solution got splashed on that leaf/leaf tip.
