Did it look pale and the bottom leaves begin to yellow before you fed it nutes?

Well, if it's in small rocks as you say it kind of reminds me of extended release ferts, or at the least the type of ferts that take a week or two to 100% kick in. Then if you continue to add more and more, even a week after the last dose it may still be continuing to get an increase in nutes. I think that does look like nute burn though between the burnt tips and the dark green leaves. Can you look at the label and check to see if it's extended release? Extended release ferts will only release more if you try to flush, and will continue releasing even once you've stopped adding it...which is why many people avoid these type of nutrients with cannabis, except for maybe in flower when you're guaranteed to be needing high P throughout the coming months.

If you're using good soil there's absolutely no reason to use nutes on a plant that small until it needs it. That plant should be 4 times the size it is. There's definitely something wrong there.

I agree, I just now backread and saw that the age of the plant was 1.5-2 months? Perhaps the OP meant to put weeks? But at any rate, the soil should certainly have that covered.

At this point, Id transplant it in some better soil. I might be wrong but that looks like cheap topsoil. My plants are about 4 times that size before I start feeding them. There's something wrong there. Did you break the taproot when you transplanted it or something?

Something is very seriously wrong for that plant to be 2 and a half months old. It doesn't even look like it's entered it's mid vegetative stage yet. Something has severely and very majorly stunted this babies growth. I'd transplant into a good, decent sized container with good drainage, and fill it up with good quality soil. If you have access to Ocean Forest from Fox Farm, it's considered to be an industry standard for soil grown smoke. But there are also boat loads of other brands of soil that will work fantastic. I'm in hydro, so I can't really comment on what soil is best.
