Is this Orange Rust Fungus? Please help this first timer identify and come up with a solution?

Hey Guys,

Thanks for your guys' feedback. This is my first grow. My friend provided me with 2 plants. The one I'm having a problem with is a strain by the name of Locktite. Through google, I've self diagnosed it as orange rust fungus. I was wondering if somebody could confirm this. It's bothering the hell out of me. The orange spots literally showed up overnight. The is the second time that this has happened to the same plant. The last time, I had to remove a big ass fan leaf on this plant. And now it's sprung up on 2 big fan leaves again. I do want to mention that there's a SFV OG strain also growing in the same tent, which also showed one leaf these orange spots but I got ride of that leaf and it hasn't reappeared since. Hopefully it's a nutrient problem but I'm almost confident that it's some fungal parasite cus the orange spots are all up on the leaf's veins. I moved hastily, maybe stupidly, by removing the fan leaves.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody.

I haven't used any type of pesticide at all. It's my first grow so I'm still learning. Like I said, I've removed those big fan leaves so cross my fingers, I don't need the Neem. Here are some pics of my plants today. There's the Locktite with it's big beautiful leaves...... I guess I'll throw in some of the other projects I got. The taller plant is an SFV OG and it's beat up. I literally call it, Frankenstein. I got a few weeks into veg from a friend and abused it by not feeding it properly and it had all this nutrient burn and it was under shitty lighting... I could go on and on about it but I haven't decided if I'm going to just make more clones off it and kill it and start over OR flower it which seems like a waste of time. The two little clones I got there are from the SFV OG so at least, I know my hydroponics method works... And yup. That's what's going on, guys.

The plants look good. A good thing to add in veg and also foliar spray with is silica. Powdered silica from places like MBFerts is even better than liquid silica.
