Ph 6.5 input 6.5Why assume it's pH related?
What's the pH of the input?
What's the pH of the runoff?
Leaf doesn't look like typical pH symptoms
pH can cause micronutrient uptake problems, calcium, magnesium, iron, ect. Which appears to be your problem, that said, it could just be a lack of nutrients in the medium. Also temperature can cause nutrients to not be absorbed properly, as well as too much/too little water. Is this the start of something I'm thinking maybe ph any feed back appreciated.
I seen that too... the edges of the leaf look sus for PM.
Razzle keep an eye out for powdery mildew.
Does not look like a Ph problem.

As you can see there could be multiple possible causes for your problem but without knowing your grow intimately it's hard to say.
I have been light on feedings ill be a bit more kind lolI would try some CAL-MAG and see if it straightens out! Go light! Can always add more I would assume Calcium or Mag Deficiency!
