Is this PK excess?

Hi guys, plants are end of 4 week in flower. They are fed 5ml per/l of canna bloom every other watering I gave a micro dose of pk13/14 last feed (0.33/l) for the first time. Should I flush? None of the other 5 plants have this symptom and all are fed the same. Thank you

I have checked alot of p and k excesses in plants and none look similar....maybe deficiencies? I could have possibly watered it twice in a row...my memory can be bad. Tho when this appeared plant was due a watering and very light pot.
