Is this plant done ?

Hey guys , have this first time indoor grow rntz auto growing. It's been 7 full weeks . Going on week 8 now . I still see some white pistils on the buds so I'm guessing it may need another week or 2 ? What do you guys think? No more than 3 max or how do they look to you ?
