Is this plant healthy

What light should I be using
This opens new questions.

I use T5 for seedlings and clones. For veg I use MH and for flower I use HPS or CMH.
Some growers use LED all the way.

When you say "reg light" do you have just a household light bulb or a specific bulb for growing?

What kind of light do you use? How many watts?

Yes it is a household light it 100w and on occasions I change it out for a 60w so they don’t blow or over heat
I can understand your position.

You have a lot of learning to do in a short period of time and I hope you have the space to grow
while learning.

Lights are not cheap. At least not the better ones.

You can get more info on lights here.

You will need better lighting. What you have now will not be enough to provide what the plants require to thrive.

How many plants? More plants = More light. What size grow area? More sq ft = More light.

Many things are needed to get to where you are going.
Get the best light you can afford. Many wish for more light, few wish they had less.

Happy growing!

What if I just put the same light but more around it

Incandescent lights are not very conducive to growing anything. Put some 23W Cool White CFL's 2" to 4" above using a Y adapter:

This will keep your little girl going while you decide on your permanent lighting.

Looks just like mine did but i was told it should be in a smaller pot to start. Like a solo cup. Im not a pro here so dont take my word on that. But you might check into it.

just don't over water at this stage..

And for the dude above me...

Sometimes it is safer to start in small for better/safer rooting.

And another plus point is..when they stretch too much..you can correct that when you potting them over in a bigger pot by burying them deeper.
