Is this plant ready for Harvest??

What do you guys think? Some of the trichomes on the branches are really amber and some are not.

I haven’t flushed this Plant yet. Is it time to flush and how long should I wait until harvest.

I actually just fed her today. Maybe I shouldn’t have done that. I can always flush her sometime today if you think this plant is about ready for harvest.

this is only my second grow. You typically harvest the whole plant correct? You don’t just harvest certain portions do you?

You need to be looking at the trichomes on the calyxes, not the leaves which typically show more amber earlier

It doesn't matter what color the trichomes are anywhere on that plant. It's nowhere close to being ready. If you're going to try and harvest based on trichomes then don't even start until the plant looks done. That plant is covered in white pistils, has weeks to go, and is obviously not done just by its visual appearance.

If you're going by that horrible chart floating around then stop. You'll harvest early if you go by it. It's a terrible guide for determining when to harvest.

This is the chart I'm talking about. It's pure garbage and much of the information on the site it came from is outdated cut and paste from other sources on the internet. It's also full of cannabis broscience like their page on flushing where they talk about leaching nutrients from the buds.
