Ok well my worst fears have come true.....kind of. after 2 months of love and care my Pot of Gold has shown signs of being male.......but has also shows signs of being female. I'm a complete noob and this is my first plant. I see what appear to be sacs forming, and I also see what appear to be buds starting to form. Can anyone tell me what they think? And being my only plant ( I have 3 babies vegging for just this scenario) Pic city here we come!

That plant is a male without question. When looking for signs of sex, the top of the growth is meaningless, just look at the internodes. That is unequivocally a male plant. Condolences.

Damn I knew those were male sacks but was hoping those were also buds growing at the top. So much time and love into this guy. I greatly appreciate your response though, even if it was bad news. Oh well, this is a lesson learned, it's a good thing I decided to start 3 more plants a few weeks ago. Now my grow is going to take longer but I can honestly say I learned a lesson from all this, thank you. + rep to you. :)

I know how you feel man, I started a group of seeds and the queen of all of them was a beauty. She was way fuller, taller, prouder, etc than all the others. A super plant, I named her lynette. Was pumped for the ultimate mother.

Preflower nuts everywhere. I should say King Lee rather than Queen Lynette. Such is the way of things. Good luck with the other girls.
