is this pot to small for my plant?

i had my first plant(wich is still growing) in a small pot till it started flowering so it didnt grow very tall, but ive learned from my mistakes and i have my next plant in a bigger pot but im still not sure if its big enough.


i have 2 in this pot.

no thats not big enuff either the one plant is almost touching the outer surface of the pot .. that is a good size for one plant not 2.....u wud still need to transplant from that pot if u only had one ..prolly during the flowering stage or when it gets to be 2 feet..

Some Growers Go by This Rule :
1 Gallon = 1 Foot
2 Gallon = 2 Foot
3 Gallen = 3 Foot
4 Gallen = 5 Foot
and so on .....
