Is this ready to flick to 12/12?

I'm not sure whether to flick now as there don't seem to be alot more room for plants to grow and when I send. Them they will stretch off anyways, and if I do send them can I still move and tie branch's to open bud spots while in flower or is that just too much stress??

Thanks mate, and just so I know when in begining of flower can I still like bend arms and things to allow light to get to everything

I do up until week 2 if on a scrog but be gentle with her you dont wanna snap anything

So roll in finger till soft and bend into place
