Is this S.A.D. lamp suitable for clones/mothers?

Long-time lurker...first time post

I've got this S.A.D. lamp that my wife bought a long time ago. It doesn't get any use anymore and we're having trouble selling it. I was wondering if it would be a good lamp to use for a clone tray or even a mother plant or two (instead of buying CFLs when I start back up).

i don't see why it wouldn't, it's still flouros... insane price, people will buy anything...

Expensive clone light but it should work just fine. Clones dont need a lot of light. This light is putting out more then enough.

I want to keep my power consumption down...Would it be cheaper to run those 2 or 3 foot long more conventional cfls?
