Is this setup ok?

Well this is my first grow, and i just had to transfer my plants into this closet think and i was wondering if this setup is ok. I have 7 seedlings, and 2 plants tat are about 5 weeks old ( both female, i had those 2 on 12/12 from seed and just switched them to 18/6) one of them isnt doing so good =/ but anyways, any input on the set up would be appritiated ex.would i could change, more light, etc.. Thankss.

Edit: i have 8 23 watt cfls in there, 2 warm white, and 6 cool white. and 2 43 watt i belive warm white.

looking good for now, you might want to consider upgrading to larger wattage CFL's or possibly even t5 lighting.

I have this huge CFL bulbs im using now which are awesome, my plants love them. they are 68w 4500 lumens. I have info on them and more for a small grow like this in my thread in my sig.

You gotta get some real pots..BLACK! roots dont like light! grab u a temp/hum meter from walmart for 7.97 other wise, looking good

the ghetto pots are fine as long as its not clear. mine are clear sterlite tubs wrapped in tape. you def want some more lights and bunch them up closer over a smaller area to get the most out of em instead of spread out like that. some type of reflector on the lights would help to

Looking good. Just watch the heat if you ugrade the bulbs, try a few at a time. I just added 3 42w clfs in my room and it made a very noticeable diference in the temps.

They have cheap pots at wallymart too.

bro get some reflectors. some mylar or emergency blanket, and then line your room if your only using that many lights

thanks for all the replays and suggesttions,
i have a digital temp and humidity thing and my highs are 87degrees and 44 humidity lows are 67 degrees and 22 humidity.
i will go to wallyworld and get some real pots.
i have no exaust fan( i did in my other box but i had to switxh to this one) but i leave the door open a little to keep temps down amd to let the air circulate.
and if i bunch the bulbs up will they be geting to the whole plant? i kinda made it for the light is in all directions of the plant and i can move the lights up or down depending on the height of each plant.
also for a reflector how would i make one for this setup, i cant seem to find mylar, i think im looking in the wrong places. i changed the lights around a bit ill take another updated pic. thanks again everyone!!

oh yea one more thing how big about should i get the pots ( in consideration i only have about 2 or 3 feet of grow space

Some wrapping paper is mylar and has a shinny side, it's kinda thin though.
