I’ve looked every where under leaves on top of leaves with jewelry loupe and no signs of black spots under leaves or egg. If it is regular spiders I leave it? I think I’ve heard somewhere that regular spiders dont fuck with shit and could help with other pests.

I wouldn't neem it for no reason. Some people say it leaves a taste or smell on the buds, and I believe its dangerous to people with diabetes. Looks like a normal spider web to me. Id say dont sweat it since there is no damage. Spiders are excellent hunters :blsmoke:

Here’s more damage of leaves but I dunno I might have done that with nutes

Definitely looks like something is munching on them, but I dont believe that's spider mites. Lucky man! Have to let someone with more experience guide you to what kind of pest you're dealing with.

Here’s some of the back of the leaves

From the pictures you provided I see no evidence of spider mites. Doesn't mean there isn't one on the plant anywhere but I see no evidence. Spider mites do not munch holes through the leaf either.

Should I spray it anyway with dr. Earth instead of Neem?

You are fine. I don't see pics of bugs in any pic you posted. The blemishes look like typical leaf tears. I don't see anything eating, even where its torn.

With spider mites, you almost always see bite marks before they get established and start weaving webs. Don't see any sign of leaf hoppers either.

You probably have a regular spider somewhere in your tent. Its up to you, but I would not spray anything at this point. But if and when you do, the spray you have should help get rid of a bug infestation.
