Is this stressing on the plant or a special breed?

Not sure if it's sun burned or just a cool strain. I have all my plants facing the same way. And this one is the only one that is like this.

Genetics but also that plant is done. All the sugar leaves are spent its a short matter of time before the bud gives way to degrading browning then death
