Is This The Right Strain For Me?

A few days away from my first grow, a couple questions I'm having trouble with remain. Anyone who can take the time to help this newb get a thumbs up, thank you.

I want a low flower period high yield plant. From what's available locally I've decided that Power Kush is a good fit (the other I could find was critical mass). http://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Power_Kush/Dinafem/

Is this a good choice for what I'm looking at?

Also, I hate to ask this because everyone does and I know it varies. I'm doing a 4x4 table with 4plants per ft and will be doing a perpetual harvest. with 16 plants being ready every 2 weeks. Can you guys give me any number to shoot for and what I can expect from those 16 plants (1000w grow light, no c02)? I'm doing SOG and will flower right from clone.

Should my clone be a certain size in the clone container before I put it in to flower? ie 8 inches or something? or is it just more important that I see roots and then just throw it in at whatever height?

for yield, see what your first grow yields and try to improve on that. there are a lot of variables

Flowering straight from clone will get you anywhere from 7-28 grams per plant. Depends on your whole setup.. I know al b duct had a thread how he gets a pound every 2 weeks but that's with 4 trays and 2x1000 watts.
