Is this what happen wen one forget to top the plants?

I let somebody work on my plants, and they didn't top them, so now they are long not full

You don’t have to top your plants, but it does help to control and spread out your canopy, which is nice especially when growing inside. I actually didn’t top at all this year and just used LST and it has been going well. You can just carefully bend that branch over to match the rest of your canopy, and secure it how ever you like. I recommend padded wire ties, wrap them around the stem and carefully bend to make a curved 90 degree angle so the stem doesn’t break. Top and LST is also great.
 
I think I’d be mad if someone topped one of my plants without me asking.

Did you give this person instructions ? Were they supposed to and didn’t ?

It's not lack of topping that made them that tall...You don't even have to be gentle bending them. Snap, bend tuck, and fill your canopy. Topping actually slows down growth I have found...Better to bend them when using a scrog like you are. And any leaf below the scrog net should be removed for air flow, and so the growth can all go to the tops.

It was my fault, i should have told them, you are right, thank u. Its a learning experience.
