Hello all im asking if this kit is worth getting... http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=50815

I have been growing with CFL'S (on my 1st grow lol)and have been having ok success. But i will be moving soon so when i move i would like to set up a nice closet op. I would like to upgrade a few thing like a cool tube or some other air cooled reflector. It seems as if they would allow for easier control of the temps...


Any pros out there please chime in... Thank s to any that help

if looks good.

you might wanna buy a light with the cool tube, like this one, and buy the soil and fertilizers locally to save of shipping. or better off- check if you can upgrade the kit to a cool tube.

I love my cool tubes, they reduce heat really well. Lets you put the plants MUCH closer.

better lights, better soil, better nutes better bud ;) if you have the money, go for it. Just remember that when you get MH and\or HPS you have to cool the grow room not only for the plant`s sake, but yours as well, heat signature and all ;)

You could get an MH light or 2 for vegging and a pair of HPS lights for flowering. Or, to save money, veg on CFLs and spend the extra money on better HPS lights with more watts, good luck :)

That kit is fine. You could probably save a bit of money buying the stuff from a hydro shop if you have one nearby. Maybe not.

It looks good though :hump:

good package. not like most that come with stuff you wouldnt use. You can use everything in the package and the price isnt bad

most of the stuff i can get here locally in the states but the prices are way to high for my liking...
