Is this wrong of me?

So I bought some Led lights and when I was stoned I thought I could try and get my money back and keep the lights so I messaged eBay seller (Chinese trillion dollar company) according to Google.... That I had received the lights which flicker and some led lights are not working and to top it off when I plugged it in my mains box blew out... To which I was granted a full refund and was requested to to take the led panel to an electrical recycling

company

I am an extremely clued up stoner... A trillion dollar company won't miss £30 lol

I wouldn't have done it but I was told countless times these led lights are good but after I buy them I'm told they are terrible... I do not intend on using this one I have bought a 300w led panel from my local grow shop
