Is using a few week old unaerated compost tea bad?

I wasn't thinking that using a 2 to 2.5 week old unaerated chick N poo granular fertilizer compost tea to be harmful until after I used it. Everything seems fine, been a few days since used but should I be worried down the road? When would I start to see sickness or disease in plant? What does that bad bacteria do to life in the soil? So many ? Reeling around. Any help would be great
