There is this senator named larry campbell i believe, he wants to decriminalize marijuana and just make it a fine, this didnt happen a while ago, this is new, like july 10 or something, but you cant buy it in coffee shops, especially in nova scotia

In some parts of Canada (each province has it's own government) has dicriminalized small amounts of pot. I think that is not worth the paperwork. I know several cops myself who will say the same thing. They just take it away from you. Now unless there is something else to charge you with (outstanding warrants or charges), they don't really care about the weed. Most of the cops I know, keep it and smoke it themselves, bastards.

Not legal but the maritimes has got some fine smoke and ample land for outdoor crops. I live a dual life between ontario and the scoash and the bud there tops ontario for sure but i guess it all depends on who you know and same goes for prices. I pay about 150/ounce which isn't anything real special but its quality bud. If you're in Halifax go downtown to MaryJanes for seeds and if youre desperate for bud hit dalhousie/saint marys university campus and you'll be asking for no more than 20 minutes. unless you look like a cop of course...

not in vancouver, its still illegal, even if it was decriminalized coffee shops wouldnt sell it, but vancouver does have grade A super weed ;)

I know it is still illegal everywhere in Canada. The charge will vary from province to porvice though and depends on the cop you got ya too. If is less than an ounce on you, they will just take it away or charge you on some other stupid shit crime on your rap sheet. Not worth the paperwork for less than an ounce and is hard to prove for selling it. Just claim it is your personal stash.

He wouldn't have any problems if the USA stayed out of it. The DEA made Canada arrest him, he is now on extradition charges for selling seeds to the USA.
