Is your family for the green or against it. My family is deff for it been smoking with Mother since i was 16 and needless to say that on thanksgiving we all go in the garage and smoke after the feast. Never knew what they were doin in there when i was a lil kid lol. But everytime after we ate like 15 people would go out into the garage and toke. Now im apart of it and i must say i love my family

We ALL are ok with the green in my family.... Although i have smoked with my mom...she doesnt really like to smoke. ..She says fucks her up way to bad...she acts pretty crazy when high.

My one wish in the world is to smoke weed with my parents. It will never happen though. They are from the old school- Reefer madness. Andy Griffith. Beaver Cleaver. You know..

You'd be surprised how age can change a person's POV... my grandmother at 83 asked about edibles just the other day, as a replacement for at least some of the nauseating amount of pill-type medications she takes.

all good over here although my mom will come over and just go grab my stash and help her self but its all good still love her but i think im going to make some crazy space cookies one day and not tell her, then let her eat like 5 that will make it all ok

My whole family is either love it or hate it. Needles to say, You can easily tell which family I see on a regular basis.

@SocataSmoker, I love stories like that :) They always put a big smile on my face. Props to her :D

My familyis def against it...i dont tell them I grow or smoke.... I wish I could scroll a dro stick with my older bros and my popps... I know they will never try to smoke....they have jobs n just the thought of them getyin pissed tested will scared them.... My popps has medical uses for this herb only.... He puts the leaves in alcohol and rubs it on his body.... Its supposed to relax u

my fam is very pro-green.. i have a little brother thats in college and just this past weekend approached me on how to grow herb.. and im going to teach him..
buy a man some herb and he'll smoke a day.. teach him how and he'll smoke a lifetime.. its an old line but it fits the situation

My fam was split...but they came around when they realized i wasnt gonna quit and it made me less of a psychopath. !/2 my fam smoked and 1/2 were christian crazies.

i wish i could smoke with my family unfortunately they still call weed "wacky tobacco" and "Reefer".. and yet they wonder why they only see me on the holidays.

hehe, almost same story, most of the family is against it, which is why i wont see them on the holidays :D (not gonna ruin my holiday with some prejudist jerk am i?)

oh i smoke in front of them when i see them :D and make fun of them for being morons.

lets just say they prefer not to talk about it anymore, just give me dirty looks when im toking.

though ive begun to bore with it and smoke now usually out of a pipe in front of them , they think its just pipe tobacco.
they are too nice for me to be terribly bad to them :laugh:

Absoultely against it, my whole family thinks that "dope" is going to turn you insane.
So I just scoot along under the radar.
Sometimes make me feel a little underhanded, but then I realize it is good to be further evolved.
My dad had a stroke about a year ago, growing some good Indica for him, plan on making pill form for him.
I think he may be changing his mind, now that he is on enough meds you need a shovel every morning

It seems really strange being that both my mom and I are recovering Alcoholics, that people can't see the difference between alcohol and MJ.
Maybe time will help.

Medicinal purposes more so than recreational use. My family has a high rate of glaucoma and believe that MJ can offer some relief in addition to or instead of the expensive eye drops.

My family either loves or hates it, but the haters don't bug or stop us when we smoke, nothing beats sitting back with my aunts, uncles, cousins and smoking up a storm.
But we are considerate tokers, we always do it in the cottage, and never infront of people who don't like it, and my grandma always has kick ass munchies prepared lol.
Best experience was at my cousins when i was in my early 20's. i was smoking a bong when a few elderly men showed up, next thing i know this silver haired man is asking if i was gonna pass the bong, ends up he was in his 80's and had gone to school with my grampie lol

My parents are too old school to be cool with anything let alone weed. I still to this day dont think they know i have smoked everyday since gr 11. I should get high and ask them one of these days.

my mother is so against it ! when i try to talk to here what it can really do and benefit us, and the country, she says it is bunch of druggy talk or whatever, and so believes the rest of my family, expect my father, who understands it almost like i do , so that nice.at least one person in my family feels the good vibe...

It's a love or hate relationship in our family.. sisters/dad reject it as poison, and my mom/brother all toke daily.. it's a odd mixture.
I don't live with them however..
