Ist time grow question from noob

tail down and seedlings dont like nutes for the first week or two. hope someone with more exp can help ya further.

It doesnt matter which way the tail just not straight up and you will want to put them in about a quarter inch deep.
As far as nutrients go don't over complicate things, you can use a water soluble or liquid "general purpose" plant food for vegetative growth and a "flower" plant food for the budding phase. Miracle grow makes both which is a good start until you learn more about feeding. I'd give it a couple of weeks before you start feeding and keep it light. If you want to stay organic you can look into Blood Meal for vege and Bone Meal for flowering.
