Its just to much lol pls help

Hey guys, im sorry, i tried to learn, i did the research, but its just to much. Its over my head. Above my pay grade. Can someone please just recomend cob for a effing 2x4 closet, approaching the high end of whats recommended as far as lumens, watts, gdp, lmnop, whatever. If you could include what wattage is going to show on my meter

2- two hundred watt bars/kits should do you fine for bloom. 8- 3500k COB. that would be 400w which is 50w/SF of your grow space. best place to start. I would go with 2- HLG-185H-C1400B drivers fro a nice setup, that you will love. Don't forget the dimming, get 1 - pot for each light and enjoy. passive or active does not matter. peace
