I've lived here 3 years, and found 1 dealer. :( [rant inside]

I like this site, I haven't been here since my very successful (but way to smelly!) growing project. BTW, I want to thank those here for all the info and advice.

Anyway....

How the hell do I find someone new to buy from? I know you all don't know my area (unless you happen to live in Point Pleasant NJ) but I'm going crazy here!

My one hook up is a pain to coordinate with, and charges $10 a gram for decent (but overpriced) stuff. I suspect the only reason why she is even hooking me up is she might even be getting a very good deal, and just doubling the cost. She is in Atlantic City right now anyway (probably gambling my money!)

My neighbor in my complex who shares a backyard, who is right across from me, has a HUGE tall garden. He is also Jamaican, and wears sharp clothes, and always just hanging out in his back yard. Being a white boy, I'm concerned he won't hook me up if I ask...and if I ask, that'd come off racist lol. He has tall pepper plants and such, which Jamaican friends of mine say is to hide the pot plants.

Any suggestions anyone?!?! Anyone from NJ?!?!?!?!?

idd ask him he could have alot of chronic waiting to be bought while ur feinin.

grow ur own dog. find some mexicans to buy cheap oz of brick weed from untill harvest. dont pay more then a bill for it.

I work (or worked, just fired) all the time, and I'm not in school. My social click is like two hours north of here, so I hang out with them....but not so much anymore.

Point is, I don't know ANYONE from my town, and I'm also right near the boardwalk, I even see empty bags in the dirt! I just can't go up to kids half my age and ask them for weed just because they are skateboarding at the local Wawa.

I'd grow again...but long story short, while it was all big and smelly, my neighbor had an electrical fire...it was too close a call.

But if I could find brick weed, dro, overpriced, bargain, whatever....just something that doesn't give me a headache, and isn't crazy expensive.

i have gotten some straight funk from my cousins in chicago just go out and meet people dude, i would def ask your neighbor but get in a conversation and get on the subject of herb somehow i wouldnt go straight up and ask if he would sell you bud. strike up a friendship with him hell even if he doesnt sell herb the peppers sound good to me and he could teach you a lot about gardening

why dont you not tell him he's a black man...and just ask politely, even if he doesnt. he may know somone who does. If you want it that bad...youll ask him.

in chicago we sell it everywere by the church, hospital, blocks away from the police station. everyone gots it. to dude from n.j. ask around thats it

Haha so true!!Even in the hospital i seen lil deals gone down. Chicago is a great city.

But yea dude if you see him always in the yard chilling, and hes your neighbor just be neighborlike and ask him if he wants a beer or a drink.

Yeah, she is hot, so I'm sure she gets a deal.

I looked outside before, and some white guy who looked like he listened to either ICP or Pantera was waiting at his back door. lol

Didn't see the guy, so tonight I'll duck out and be like, "are you my neighbor? We haven't met..." and take it from there.

I was thinking about, if I see him out there, going out there with a small glass pipe (even though it is empty!) and try and hit it. If you know whats up...even without seeing it's a pipe, you know how people hold their hands and what's going on.

And if he calls the cops on me, I don't have anything!

On another forum, an ice breaker someone suggested was to ask people if they know where a head shop is around in the area. Hmmm....I like that.

Find the employee that's cool and start chatting with him or her, be sure to get some mindless stuff every once in a while, like screens or a cheap glass pipe, something to show you're a customer too..

Hang out until you're allowed to talk about weed when no one else in the store. Always be cool and polite, but be there as a 'friend' and someone to help pass the time of a tedious retail job.

Then casually mention that you'd love to toke up but you're dry. They know EVERYONE in the local area who's got MJ, and they usually know who's got the absolute best stuff too!

Worked for me, now I have around 5 hook ups.

I like the idea, and it's something I did when I was up at a college town. Now, the only head shop is at the shore, which is always busy with idiot kids calling things bongs and talking about weed, and getting kicked out, as well as cops patrolling the area all the time. Hell, I'm paranoid just driving home with a clean new pipe from there.

That's the problem, because it is a tourist area (and the summer) the cops are out in full force 24/7.

If you heard about an American Idol contestant getting hit and killed a few nights ago, I'm within a short drive of where that happened.

Damn it, when is this guy coming home? lol
