I've only got a single plant and it's a male. Now what?

After the disaster of my last grow (no crystals, sick-looking plant ending up giving only headaches and no high), I acquired a plant from a friend starting a new grow. He was short on room in his grow space, so he gave me his smallest plant.

I set it into flowering mode immediately and now these grape-like clusters have appeared in the nooks of the nodes (check out the pics below).

Seeing as how I have no other plants (well, I do have a sickly cutting from that original headache plant), I'm not worried about pollinating a female. This male is so gorgeous that I don't want to get rid of it (and it smells delicious). So, what can I do with it? Will it grow something akin to a female bud that can be harvested and smoked? Or is this plant completely useless?

(Although I probably don't have the patience for it, how about letting the male pollinate my sickly female and hope the seeds will be more like their daddy than mommy?)

You could use it to make hash if you wanted too, but wouldn't get very much of the good quality stuff, because there's not much THC in the male plant.

kill it, its not worth your time to finish flowering it to make some very very low quality hash or butter with it. sucks man, but it happens, plant some more seeds and try again,

Absolutely not...a male plant will produce nothing akin to a fe... just destroy it and try again.

Well I gotta disagree with everybody. I know what it's like growing small amounts, then waiting only to get males. I only used to grow two plants at a time but if I got males I would dry em out, crush them up and make oil from them. Whatever THC they might have can be extracted using butane. From two small bushy males I've made enough oil to last 15 hits. You only need a little oil to get you high, so even if you get a dime size blob, treat it like gold.

My opinion, don't waste any THC.

Yeah you can flush and smoke it for a little buzz ,(you wont get burned out! lol ) but pollen stays viable for around 6 months so, it may ruin your next grow. Those sacs can burst fast.

Pretty healthy lookin' dude, you got there... Kill it and start more than one, this time.

Option 1: dont kill it if it is a good strain and you can keep and save his pollens in a safe box. then you will be able to spread its pollens onto a female plant when you grow next time.

Option 2: or you could talk to a botanic facility (friends) if they have any female mj plant to fertilize them

Option 3: if you ask me, i dont advise you to kill any living thing. they all have right to life even it sounds crazy to people and even we cutt off female plants to smoke at the end i have a male plant which has been living since i noticed that it was a male for about 1 month. i want it to feel life
