Jack herrer x skunk.. outside to inside?

This is my third grow! I just started 3 jack herer x skunks and 1 Dark Angel. I usually start tr hem in a window seal and move to tent after a week or so.. I dont have my tent set up yet and I am growing in the basement this year instead of my closet.

Questions is... Can I start them outside for the first couple weeks before moving them to the basement in the tent? I bring them in at night to avoid as many bugs as possible. Is the temperature change going to be an issue? I've grown the dark angel before but never jack herer x skunk and heard they are harder to grow. Any advice on them would be appriciated!!

I just put 12 back indoors today, after being outside for a week. You’ll need to treat your plants for pests and then do weekly preventative pest maintenance.

Ya that's the part I hate.. dealing with the bugs!!
Would neem spray be ok for the seedlings?

They’re looking really good too, indoors. Not seeing any stress.

Just watered them.. green pots jack herer x skunk.. orange pot is a dark angel. DA popped on 6-2. Others popped on 6-7.

Dang, big pots. Be careful not to over water

It's all coco so its good
