THEY CANT GIVE YOU NO 2 YEARS IN COUNTY???? you mean 2 years in prison.. county jail can only hold you for a year...

Well i fuckin got both! I got sent to jail for 14 days, then Rehab for 45 days, and a year of Probation. I got fucked by so many courthouse officials I dont know who to thank for the sore ass.

they can only hold you for 6 months here then they send you up.

probation is a trap. 30 days no hassle jail term or probation w/ someone constantly on your case waiting for you to trip up. Screw the weed, I would rather do my 30 days to be done w/ it. Otherwise if trouble finds you it's also a probation violation, harassment and w/e the new charge would be your going to jail for longer. Not saying that I am always breaking the law, but sometimes people get in trouble under strange circumstances, like harrassment charges those can be some bogus ass charges anyways.

take the jail time. probation is designed to make you fail. so they basically offered him 30 days jail or 1 year jail when he fucks up probation.

I'd choose jail time. Otherwise I would just go nuts out of boredom in the outside world.

I'd likely lose my job if I went to jail for 30 days, I might lose my house too. I'd take probation - I don't have a serious illness though
