Jasmine Tobacco

Does anyone know if Nicotiana alata (Jasmine tobacco) can be cured and smoked, or is it strictly ornamental? Thanks for the help!

Anyone? I know it's a weird question, but I figure someone out there has got some insight. Curing and smoking aside, has anyone grown these before?

Wikipedia kinda suggests no, however, it may or may not be used in Iranian ciggarettes...

I never heard of it srry , but My virgina dark Oronoco Tobacco seeds were cheep.
