how long can u keep ur plant in jiffy pellets till it goes root bound? like how many sets of leaves can it get 2, cuz the growth could vary

Im not to sure but I know you will see the roots on the bottom and that is when you should plant them. I may be wrong but I think im right.

yeah when you see roots poke out the bottom its time to plant

do you plant them like rockwool cubes, or do you cover them completely? and do you have to takeoff the stretchy layer?
