Hey everyone,
Some general info...
I've been working as a caregiver on several plants now. The seeds given to me were Jock Horror Autoflower feminized(5). I am using fluorescent lights on a 18/6 hr interval, two rows of two 40watt tube lights(1 soft white, 1 warm red in each row) supplemented by six 23 watt fluor.bulbs( 3 on each side) which are 2300/2700 lumens I think. I try to keep the lights about an inch away from the tops of the plants and also have a fan going in sync with the timer. So I started the grow exactly 4 weeks and 4 days ago today, and up until last week they were fine, but recently I've been noticing a few problems:
* Light greenish/yellowing of the leaves- what I interpreted as nitrogen deficiency... some of these have darker veins, possible a magnesium def?
-For this, I gave them some nutes I had lying around- Vigoro 10-10-10. Only a teaspoon or less per cup. I think I poured some of that water directly on the leaves because now there is a small white residue in some spots(is that bad?)
* Some of the leaves have been folding inwards but not too much. I've been told this matters but frankly, I don't know.
* One of the plants seems very droopy compared to the others...
I would like to switch to some good organic fertilizer or even an organic/chem mix that would help me with these problems and are also beneficial to producing bigger, stronger buds. Any helpful comments you might have as to which nutrients/fertilizer would be best or any other comments in general are much appreciated.
