Judge botching James Holmes Trial

Yep he has approved the use of a "truth serum" if Holmes pleads insanity and then when the defense said they needed more time to digest his ruling on the drugged confession the clearly agitated judge entered a plea on behalf of Holmes. This is starting off good at this rate he will be a free man.

He sounds like he is a "Manchurian Candidate" to me.... Something is really off about the whole deal.
