Judge puts Fresno County medical marijuana fines on hold

I'm watching this very closely also.. Judge pretty much said he's going to let the appeal court handle it and the county can't collect for now. What's crazy is on top of the fine is the 10% interest on it per month.. so this family got fined $43,000 for 43 plants, if they can't pay it $4,300 gets tagged on next month. Wtf. Don't pay and they take your home, eminent domain anyone? I own my home here in Fresno and am a patient also, I'm not risking it.
