Judging by these trichomes, is this ready?

Please excuse my nasty looking plant, first grow and it didnt end so well..
I managed to snap some micro shots of the trics, are we close? Some are still a little clear, most are milky and few are starting to golden up a little.

I'd look at more than trichomes. Check the bud structure and the pistil status. The pistils will all brown, will loop back into the calyx and they will swell noticeably. The white pistil mean that calyx are still stacking.
