Hello all fellow rolly's! My first thread, I finally figured this website out. I am converting from soil to a ebb and flow setup. Anybody have advice for a ebb and flow virgin? For example, duration of flood, how often and pots / medium. I'm using 2 x 600 HPS and just ordered the Sentinel CHHC-1 today (Don't be jealous.) Love the website and I can't wait to hear from all of Ya'll.
