Wat would happen to the plant if you have two weeks left before harvest and you cut all the fan leafs off. WOuld the bud produce stronger thc since more light is hitting the bud or would it produce less since the leafs where cut off.

It's not going to produce "stronger THC" because potency is genetic. Cutting the fans off will allow more light to penetrate, but at the same time the fans are a large part of what provides nutrition to the plant throughout its life
