Hi there! Finally decided to start growing for myself. I purchased a 250w hps light with remote ballast. My next step is to buy a cabinet to make into a grow box. After doing tons of reading i cant decide on the dimensions i want my box to be.
The cabinet i was looking at has the dimensions: 71-3/4 in. H x 48 in. W x 20-1/2 in. D - might be a tad overkill but it can be sectioned off easily for seperate veg area.
My only concern is how deep it is. Will 20 inches be ok?
I only plan on flowering 1 plant at a time(havent decided on scrog or lst yet) till i can redo my basement. I am also trying to have the box as stealth as i can while having the optimal dimensions for a flower area including pots for a 250w hps.
That brings me to my second question : What size pots for flowering should i use?
