I started inside under three cfl's for three weeks in a party cup.in three weeks the plant root hit the bottom and has a very thick .The plant has been outside for 2 weeks and its still in veg modeAt this point the plant is a foot and a half tall but no sign of budding yet.is their any way to push it into budding since I cant control the light cycle?I am thinking of adding some Tiger Bloom if I dont see anything by April.can anyone suggest other ways to start the budding cyle?

thanx might try that.but will tiger bloom throw it into budding or is it mainly to make existing buds bigger?

yes it is a normal bloom nute by Fox Farm. Will it throw it into budding?would be nice to be able to choose when I want to bud !!!All my other grow just start with no warning and sometimes too early.I will put up pics on wednsday whan I get my camera delivered for adivce on how longer I should wait.

Take Double JJs advice it will show once it is old enough. Also I guarantee it show one way or the other by april 1. dirrtyd

I don't grow outside, but i have read about it and who ever said it won't because of the 12/12 is correct. They won't start budding til later in the year.

yeah I know its a good thing that its still in veg mode, quess time will tell.Just thought it wasnt budding cause it was inside for the first 3 weeks.is thier a such thing as vegging too long?

Indoor you could possibly run into problems like height restrictions due to vegging too long. I don't think there would be a problem outdoor though. The bigger the better i would think.
