just sprouted :D now I have questions

Ok so my seed sprouted yesterday or maybe 2 days ago.i dropped the tap root and thoufht I was done for so kinda forgot about it. Currently its in my garden but I live with parents so its gotta be moved they think im growing peppers atm hehe, when would you say its strong enough to "fend for itself?" It will be an outdoor guerilla grow with u.k. weather which is well...shit.surprised it made it this far tbh and the strain is lowryder 2

I would let the seedling get a few sets of leaves before I start transplanting usually around 3/4 weeks in ill make the change
