Just transplanted my 2 week old plants. should I water or do anything else? pics

So i just transplanted my 2 week old plants, im new to this so im not sure if I should water them or if that might shock them even more than the transplant. Any help would be awesome. Pics below.

I transplant with soil dry and water wfter the transplant, not sure if thats the correct way but did it twice and twice it worked and I`m about to transplant my third batch tomorrow. But they look to me like they need light badly, what light do you have on them? You could have buried those stems in soil more I guess.

Yes of course water them! Not too much. You don't really want run off at all. And ya those are lookin a little sad for 2 weeks. They could be almost touching that light of yours if its a cool tube.

I disagree with having your lights within touching distance of seedlings. You definitely need more wattage or closer though. I'm using a 125 watt CFL one foot above my girl. The first pic is at five days old and the second two are at eight days old.

Hey slonez, I wonder what I might be doing wrong. Look at my 10day olds under 250w cfl about 6 inches away, not terribly stretched but stretched regardless. I wonder if that cfl isn`t just poor quality
