Kava kava report

I have lived in Hawaii for almost 4years now and finally tried some kava. I went to diomand head health bar to get it. Sat and talked with the owner a while. He stopped drinking and now s a regular kava drinker. I bought a half pound to take home, but he also poured me several glasses of what he was drinking. Very cool guy, told me a lot about kava and the benefits.

anyways, this shit will really calm you down. A few minutes after drinking my mouth went numb. Thetaste isn't too ad if made right, was much better at the health bar than when I made it myself at home. About 20 minutes at e place I headed back home and was in some fucked up traffic. Normally I'd be road raging like hell, but this time I was so relaxed and calm from the kava that I could care less. Infact I just turned up some music and actually enjoyed the hour long commute back.

overall nothing trippy or anything, but got rid of my anxiety ad really calmed me down. Well worth it for anyone with anxiety. Now if I could just figure out how they got To taste so smooth at the health bar.

Kava is Great - I was in Fiji in 2011 and it's their national drink. I was in grade 11 at the time and was encouraged by teachers of my school to drink lots of it. I even took place in some kind of kava ritual with some elder out on a very small island. It is very cool and although the effects are mild, they are still noticeable.

If you think Kava is mild you're not trying the right extracts, root powders etc.

Kona Kava is the prominent vendor in Hawaii. Good products but there's much better varieties in other Pacific Islands!
