Keep or throw

I topped and removed a lot of leaves that I didn’t really want to but it happens. Should I keep her I throw her and pot a new seed?

Hahaha yes I fucked them both up really I couldn’t sleep so I went to check on them and couldn’t keep my fingers away and this happens. I really want to throw them away far but I hope they recover so u think so? The one behind is older

Also, fast buds are autos unless I’m mistaken, you’ve set them back to the point of not wasting your time for the returns you will get. Manifold it and high stress training are for photo.s. Or are they photo.s and the fast buds pakets are for something else?
I could be way off though, but from what I’ve read it sounds like a waste of time. I’d love to be proven wrong though, love to

I’ve seen a lot of main lining on autoflower especially fastbuds they give a great yeild but takes a little longer tbh I could go with photos! But I don’t have any right now
 
Shame you never kept them if they produce even after being stripped like that, would have been a great experience for many auto growers especially
