Keeping Beneficial Bugs?

I am in the process of building a small grow space that should be pretty low maintenance. With that would it be helpful to put in an earthworm or two and some lady bugs?

idk but i would think that if its outdoors and they are there i wouldnt get rid of them but indoors in a pot id worrie that the worms would die and rot and if there are no bugs for the ladybugs to eat already what would it eat? might chomp and shit on your plants lol but thats just my guess
