Keeping cotyledons under dome?

New grower here. I germinated my auto in seed starter mix - clear plastic cup with a bigger clear plastic cup as its little greenhouse dome. I have a nice 1" cotyledon and I moved it under my 45W full-spectrum LED grow light. How long before I take the clear plastic dome off of her? BTW... there are some small slits that allow a bit of airflow but it is still staying relatively humid inside. Thanks

seedlings don't require a dome, may cause damping off..

If it does require any H2O I keep a bottle of 6.5pH. Mostly just to mist Helmet Heads so the fall away easily.
